Dress Circle Membership Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Dress Circle! By joining, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to anyone over the age of 16 who supports the mission of Dress for Success Victoria.
2. Membership Fee & Commitment
Monthly membership requires a minimum 12-month commitment. Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Membership will automatically renew each month after the initial 12 months unless cancelled according to Section 4. Annual membership is billed once per year and is non-refundable. Membership will automatically renew each year unless cancelled according to Section 4.
3. Renewal Lapse / Grace Period
If a payment fails or membership is not renewed, a 30-day grace period applies. Membership will be suspended if payment is not received within 30 days. After 30 days, membership is considered lapsed, and access to benefits will cease.
4. Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership after the 12-month commitment by providing written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Membership Benefits
Members receive updates, invitations to exclusive events, recognition as a supporter of Dress for Success Victoria, and other benefits as communicated. Benefits may change from time to time at the discretion of the organisation.
6. Use of Personal Information
Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and only for purposes related to membership, communications, and Dress for Success Victoria activities.
7. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to act respectfully and uphold the values of Dress for Success Victoria. The organisation reserves the right to revoke membership for inappropriate behaviour.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Dress for Success Victoria may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Members will be notified of any changes.
9. Liability
Dress for Success Victoria is not liable for any loss or damage arising from membership, events, or benefits. By joining Dress Circle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
