My daily struggle with mental health is a solitary battle that demands immense strength and resilience. To continue to confront this challenge, I've chosen to embark on a monumental journey: riding my BMX from Cairns to Perth. This ambitious goal is not only a personal test but also an opportunity to seek strength and hope for myself and others.

Through this journey, I aim to connect with others, raise awareness for mental health, and advocate for suicide prevention. Partnering with the R U OK? initiative feels like a natural fit, as their approach to staying connected with those experiencing mental illness and having tough conversations aligns perfectly with why I am taking on this challenge.
